Rolf’s Bread offers unique flatbread parties featuring a multi-sensory, culinary experience at the location of your choice. Our flatbread starts out with lightly fermented hand-shaped dough, mixed and shaped off-site in our certified commissary kitchen, where we also prep the toppings: the freshest ingredients, mindfully integrated into unique combinations as well as tried-and-true favorites. Our goal is to take you on a lively culinary journey that explores the relationship between savory and sweet and the beauty of wood-fired baking.

Wood-Fired Flatbread: Hands-On

If you ever wanted to have a fun, interactive wood-fired flatbread party with your friends — here is your chance. We bring the oven, dough, red sauce, and two bakers. You supply the venue, prepped toppings, and friends. Guests can try their hand at stretching dough and topping their own flatbreads, then we bake it. It’s a fun way to socialize while creating delicious food. Max. 40 guests.

Wood-Fired Flatbread: Hands-Free

This is where we do the work while you and your guests relax and festivate, enjoy the show, and eat the results. We bake a variety of delicious thin crust wood-fired flatbreads continuously, for two hours of service. Toppings are a mixture of what’s in season, combined to satisfy vegetarians and meat lovers alike. This option is great for all types of gatherings, large or small, as an appetizer, late night snack, or main-course offering. As demand requires, we can serve approximately 25 large flatbreads per hour.
